1. Delete your account

In the app, open Settings, choose Account & sync, then Delete account. Without the app, use the web deletion page, which emails you a code first. If you cannot sign in, email us from the account address. Deletion is immediate and final.

2. What we delete

We delete your account, its sign-in records, the copy of your content in it and the purchase records linked to it. You choose whether your garden stays on the phone you delete from. Other phones keep their copy until you delete it there. If you shared a garden, the other person keeps their copy. A store subscription keeps running until you cancel it in the store, and Restore purchase brings your purchase back.

3. What we keep

Deleted data leaves our backups within 30 days. The stores keep purchase records, and analytics providers keep usage records, under their terms.
